Following selection of funds as a result of analysis of sources of financing available for a given company, we provide support in obtaining financial assistance from sources of funding present in Poland , as well as those not represented in the country. Our offer includes in particular:

• contacting selected funds interested in investment,
• preparing Investment Memorandum and other documents required in accordance with expectations of selected funds,
• assistance in negotiations with selected funds, including negotiations of the investment agreement.
