Our style of work We are committed to define our style of work already at the initial stage of cooperation with the Client. One of the models may be taking over the control of execution of a task or representation of a company that enable Executive Board / Entrepreneur to focus their attention on other significant issues. In such a case, a system for reporting on the status and advancement of execution of project is mutually agreed upon. According to another model, our role may be limited to indication of the course of action to Executive Board / Entrepreneur or to their representatives. In case of multi-stage projects, our role may vary depending on the stage or may be modified in response to specific needs. We attach great value to confidentiality policy. |
