Confidentiality policy For us confidentiality of obtained data and information is a very serious matter. Already at the initial stage of cooperation we come forward with a suggestion to sign confidentiality clause, while all our contracts contain confidentiality provisions concerning both the period of cooperation as well as the period following completion of cooperation. It is up to you whether or not our cooperation will ever become public knowledge. Confidentiality concerns also situations when we represent your interest in relations with third parties. This is of key importance in many processes, where disclosure of data at too early a stage could thwart a potential transaction. In such situation timing and amount of disclosed data are agreed upon in detail with you. |
