Business Plans, Feasibility Studies Business plan is a systematized set of information and data describing the past, the present, and, most importantly, the future of a company. In the context of evaluation of economic-financial and strategic situation of a company, projection of company's goals, opportunities, and ways to achieve them is presented. An evaluation of company's condition and its plans for development takes into account any existing and potential determinants of financial, market, marketing, organizational, HR, and technological nature. Business plan usually fulfils a two-fold function:
Business plan, besides investment memorandum, constitutes the basic document for a potential investor or bank describing company's operations and plans. For this reason, it should present information in a precise and convincing way, and its addressee should obtain a matter-of-fact and in-depth picture of a company, its planned ventures and anticipated results of their execution. Its role is to expose strong points of a venture, as well as point out potential weaknesses along with suggested remedies. Feasibility study usually includes information on a selected or planned element of a company's operations, for example a new production line or division. The content of a business plan or feasibility study is determined especially for a given project. For most of its addresses, the standard outline is sufficient. However, sometimes institutions require their own, individual outlines. In both cases those documents are prepared with due care and in accordance with financial standards or standards set forth by a given institution, based on our knowledge and experience.
