Investment Memorandum

Investment Memorandum is a document prepared for a strictly defined purpose - it presents potential investors with information on company's operations and plans, and in particular:

• Internal conditions, among others: financial, organizational, and capital,
• External conditions: market environment, competitors,
• Investment opportunities and risks,
• Company development perspectives within the context of possibilities of return on investment.

Information contained in a memorandum must persuade an investor to undertake a more in-depth analysis of a venture, and, as a consequence, result in a decision to incur investment outlays.

Presentation method and scope of information to be disclosed at consecutive stages of a presentation is determined individually based on our consultations with the Client. We adopt a similar course of action if an Investment Memorandum requires to be updated.
